Splawn Modded 58slp reissue effects loop

Hello, I have a 59slp reissue splawn modded marshall, my question is the effects send level is barely hot enough to drive my Quadraverb, it does have the button to change the level but its not hot enough, any easy way to go in and make the send signal hotter. Thanks
