PT values for 5E3, 5E9A and 5F11

Hi there

I am mulling over which one to build next.

Since I am in the amp modding backwater of the planet I have to get the PTs and OTs made up especially.

I was wondering if there was much difference in the PT volts/amps values for the above

My guess is that the 5E3 is something like:
320-0-320 1A (With a 5Y3GT, or is that too high?)
5 - 5 2A
6.3-0-6.3 3A

(Hope I've got enough buffer in those current values)

I can't see there would be any difference for the 5F11 (same number and type of valves)

But does this change much if you go to a 5U4GA and add a 12AX7 (for 5E9A)?

A 5u4 draws 3 amps from the 5volt winding, so a higher capacity transformer would be needed, to use that rectifier. 1000ma of B+ .... was that a typo?
320-0-320 is fine. If you have the room on your chassis, the Vibrolux tranny is the ticket.

Ooops,, didn't see the part about where you're from.. Sorry.. Anyway those specs I posted are good for the circuits you mentioned.

The amp he is talking about is a little thing making less then 10-12 watts.
You are thinking brown or black face amps. Totally wrong transformer for his projects.

True, it would be overkill for sure, but a 5u4 rectifier was mentioned. If that weren't the case then something like a deluxe trans. would do it.
