  • Printing On Enclosures

Has anyone seen the enclosures on the new Character Series of Tech 21 pedals? These look like computer composite images and not photos. But the photos in their ads look like the graphics are too detailed for screen printing. Here is a link. http://www.tech21nyc.com/

I can't image they are doing the iron on thing. And it looks too detailed for screen printing to me. Is there some sort of powder coat printing method that is commonly and economically available? Anyone know?
They don't make them like they used to... We do.

If their pedals really look like that, I'd bet they are inkjet printing onto sticky-backed vinyl which is then stuck onto the pedal. Same process as they use nowadays to make advertising "wraps" for taxi cabs, buses, etc.

The pictures on their site will be Photoshop mash-ups, not photographs of real products.
"Enzo, I see that you replied parasitic oscillations. Is that a hypothesis? Or is that your amazing metal band I should check out?"

No different than what EHX is doing with their pedals, except a little more detailed, and it covers the whole top not just part of it.
