mesa boogie single rec combo, solo 50 rectoverb

Has anyone had the same problem:
Play the amp for around 30 minutes and the volume goes down a little. Go to "standby" for a couple of seconds then back on and the volume is back to where it was and stays there.

I have replaced the power and pre-amp tubes, same thing.
