My '65 black face super reverb reissue started crackling on the vibrato channel. It didn't do it when I switched over to the normal channel but after a while, it happened there too. I've experimented a bit and it only happens when I turn up, or when I dig in really hard at about 3 on the volume. It also happens a lot worse when my bass frequencies are high and when I'm on the neck pickup. I first thought it sounded like blown speakers so I tried a different cabinet. Then I replaced the first position 12AT7 driver tube. Then I replaced my 6L6 power tubes. Nothing seems to work. I've only had it for about a year so I'm pretty sure it's not oxidation on the pots and tube sockets but I don't know. Has anyone experienced these symptoms or have any advice?

It sounds like dirty sockets to me. You could try replacing the other preamp tubes also but keep in mind that replacing the tube could temporarily solve the dirty socket issue only to have it recur soon after. I would clean the sockets and if that didn't fix it I would start replacing preamp tubes.

Wait. This is a reissue amp? And only a year old? If that is the case, the amp should be under warranty still. The tubes are only warranted 90 fays, but you already tried new tubes. That is what warranties are for. Take it in for warranty service.
If you did not buy it new... then never mind...Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.Comment

OOOOh... A reissue. I have a second "wait".
If you can get warranty service you should as Enzo suggested. If you can't get warranty service you should check the preamp plate load resistors. The reissue uses 1/4 watt resistors and I've read they have been known to fail causing a crackling noise on peaks as they do. If this is the problem replace them with 1/2 watt resistors.

Well, I haven't looked over the schem (and it's "watt" designations could be vague) but I would think that the plate resistors and perhaps the PI bias resistor too, If it's a 1/4 watt.
I think everything else would be OK.
