It really depends on you needs. Personally, I prefer the sound of a tube amp. If you are looking to play blues, jazz or classic rock, then I think you will find that you like the Night Train better. I am a fan of Marshall, but not thier solid state amplifiers, but that's me.
If you live in a major city, go to the music store (when they are not busy) and do a head for head comparison and make up your own mind.
Either way, have fun. If it doesn't work out, nobody is going to make you keep it for the rest of your life. Better yet, figure out which one you like, shop it hard and buy it used if you can. Then if it doesn't work out in the long run, you can get most of your money back out of it and trade up later.
(That model Night Train is tube isn't it? If not, then I could go either way. You just have to listen to them.)
