How's the million dollar per unit, hand made, platter spinner world these days?

And also, most all of the 35-100 watt Fender amps have bleeder resistors across their two series caps as R.G. pointed out.
Most Marshall amps have a 100K 2 watt resistor across their dual element plate supply, 500v LCR caps don't they?

Bleeders in general are a safety device, but the bleeders across the series caps are necessary to ensure equalized voltages.
