I have a bassman 100, I love the normal channel, but the bass channel seems dull and lifeless, like it is in the background, when I play the normal channel and switch, the bass channel just feels flat, what I am into is that sparkle and twin kind of clean U get when the treble is on 10 lol so any ideas on how to do that with this bass channel ? I am very grate full to you guys thanks, the amp is going to the amp tech next week I think, he is looking over the schematics before I go, but it would be nice if I had some good info to run by him, and make things simpler, cheers

I play guitar only, when I looked at the circuit, it seems if someone was to know what they were doing they could easy change things around on their, and make it like the normal channel, I have been told it can be easy done, but not sure how myself due to it not being my field ect

If you look at the normal channel schematic, the bright switch simply connects a 120pf capacitor or it doesn't.
So, yes, the deep switch could be rewired to connect or disconnect a 120pf capacitor the same way.

The Fender Bassman 100 schematic is strange.
The inputs are marked 1,2,3 & 4 instead of Normal 1 & 2 and Bass 1 & 2 as shown on the front panel.
Also the #1 is the attenuated input and #2 is the full signal input. (Backwards from the Fender convention) The amp itself seems to be conventional Fender but the person who drafted the schematic must have been a new guy.
