Bassman Ten tune-up?

I have a Bassman Ten 50w and would like to know if I should replace some parts before I sell it? It was a gift in the 90s and really haven't used it much. It has a little bit of a buzz. I've seen them go from $400, up to $700. How get I get the best return?

Replace the filter capacitors and the tubes if they have many hours on them.
