Help with amp values

I have had a 66 Princeton reverb chassis offered to me. What is a fair price for this chassis? It is clean and original but needs tune up.

No cabinet/ baffle board/ grill cloth/ logo.
No speaker.
No reverb tank/ wires.
50-75 bucks.

I can get the speaker and cab. The speaker is unidentified 12" and cab is from a non reverb '68 Princeton with drip edge molding. Baffle has not been cut for the 12". What would the whole package be worth in your opinion? I want to offer a fair price.
