I have rebuilt a couple, but based on that I don't know if it's a really worthwhile project.
You can get a schematic from Sampson, but there's really not much for stock parts,
except to use some substitutes.
The design itself tends to self destruct from it's own heat.
I wound up moving the thermistors, running cooler bias, speeding up the fan, etc...
I was able to clean the circuit board enough to get the burn / carbon marks off. It
was not burned thru, but rather the carbon was from exploded parts, and did clean up.
I would recommend better capacitors on the board, etc...the driver transistors should
be beefed up probably, etc...
