What's a good first project

I'm a speaker cab builder. I'd like to build some amps but I'm completely new at it. What's a good first project?

My first project was a 5E3 from Mojo. Beginners luck maybe, but with help from members here, I got it sounding real good real quick.

The BYOC Champlifier looks like a good amp kit and has very thorough instructions to go along with it.

I built a 5E3 from Triode for my first build, but I'd suggest a 5F1 Champ.

Where you from RDK? I'm looking to build / buy a few head cabinets.
