Alnico or Ceramic Blue Pup Speaker?

I've heard for lower wattage amps ceramic is the way to go? Not really sure.
Its for my Vox and I want it bright/ jangly as possible.

The classic Vox sound is alnico. But speaker choice is too subjective to make any actual suggestion outside of wattage rating and load matching. Everyone has something different and they love it. If you have a mega music store near you, like a Gutar Center, you could take your amp down there and try different types of speakers. Buying sight unheard as it were) or just going with what's suggested or popular has usually fallen short of the mark for me. Results may vary.
