Mark, I am getting the same reading with the terminals that I got on the chord. On the input jack, the tip terminal reads 00.5
at 200m DCV. The switch terminal reads 00.0

I can not getting a reading at the other settings. Checked AC as well.

I would think that a half of a millivolt shouldn't cause any problem.

If you plug your guitar straight into the amp and turn down the volume control on the guitar and switch the pickups, is the noise lessened? And if you turn down the guitar volume all the way off does the switching noise stop?

Bill, I put the volume on the amp on 12, and the volume on the guitar at 10 and as long as I do not play
the strings, I can switch pickups with no noise, (other than what would be expected at that volume).
Once I hit a note or chord the pop is prevalent.

Amp on 2, guitar on 10, the same thing happens.
Amp on 2, guitar on 2, it still happens, but yes, it is not
as loud. Around 4/5 it's very noticeable.

        Crazy problem huh!
