Knox Instrument Amp

Yo,
I got a Knox instrument amp model 103. Made in the USA. It's 40 watts, single speaker,three inputs, 1 tone, and 1 volume.
Does anyone have any info on this amp or the company. I have the original box and it says, Neslo Inc 715 14th Ave green bay wis, 54306.

I don't know anything about them, but if you google "knox amplifier" you get a number of photos and some other stuff.

Maybe post some pics on here so we can now document this little critter. It probably has no power transformer and could/should be modified for safety reasons. Is it solid state or tube?
