I know this combination of features is hard to find. Any suggestions?
Usually the 5-watt amp designs have a single or no tone controls, no master, and no reverb. Going up in amp power it's easier to find these features, but I don't want all that power... I want to be able to drive the output stage of the amp fairly hard at lower volumes, with reduced need to resort to using the master vol. and no need to use an attenuator.
Is my quest futile? Do I just have to go for a much beefier amp (like a Deluxe at 40 watts) and then rely on Master vol. and an attenuator to reduce my volume?
