Fender Deluxe 112 plus noise

Passes audio, noisey.Speaker breaks up at medium volume. All pots sprayed and all work. But if you tap the board. knobs or chassic it makes a noise. Doesn't matter where you tap it or how hard. Touched every part in it with a chop stick, no parts seem to be loose. The contour light blinks when you tap anything in channel one, but doesn't on channell two. Checked all screws and ground lug. I haven not pulled the board out to look at the other side. Any ideas ?

Just noticed that if I tap it hard the contour light stays on and there is no audio just a hum. Then I can keep tapping it and the light goes off and audio returns and the light goes off..
By passed the on off switch in case it was bad no luck.

Look at the pcb when you remove it.
I'll bet you will find really weak looking solder connections.
If so, have a go at resoldering the whole board.
