Has anyone on this forum taken out the negative feedback circuit from a Peavey Classic 30? If so, how did it change the sound? And if it was a change for the better, how exactly do I go about doing it? Thanks

if you remove the feedback path, you will lose the presence control.

WHAT presence control?
It is easy enough to do, and to put back, so why not try it and then you tell us.
SImple way is to lift R57 from the circuit.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
