I cleaned up the carbon, installed 510Ohm 1W resistors for R61 and R62 because it was the closest value I had on hand. Schematic calls for 470 1W, and that is what was in there, according to color code at least...
Will that make a big difference in sound, longevity, etc? Will that thow off the number I get at the test point to bias the new tubes?
I dread taking apart that whole thing again. At some point I'm going to break something muscling those PCBs in and out, and my troubleshooting skill isn't very good...
