Help, Can't ID this Amp!

The cabinet looks strongly like a 40s Silvertone 1344 especially the 3rd shot (from top left: 1344p.jpg) -even the speaker screw holes match!
However, the amp chassis in yours is not the correct one for that model. But in your pics, it looks as though the chassis isn't fitting properly, (and without further input to go on yet) I'd begin thinking that the amp chassis is a refit into this cabinet.
Still appears period correct though...
Possibilities:
1. a different Valco amp (Seeing as Valco made alot for Sears/Silvertone in the 40's, it would make sense!)
2. a Danelectro chassis (Valco was getting out of Silvertone, and was being handed over to Dano about the time of the 1344, so some might consider that chassis as being a Dano)
3. a Magnatone chassis
(Will edit as I continue digging)
Note 1: very similar to both a 1301, and a 2312 chassis, but not quite there...
Note 2: the Supertone 2310 is also a very similar chassis...
That's about all I can offer for the time being. I'm sure others will be able to help as well! =)
