Does anyone know of a replacement for a UF 2010 diode? Cannot find this part anywhere. Will a 4000 series replace? I see this is a high voltage diode. Finding conflicting specs for this part. Many thanks....

That is an oddball part number.
It is a 1000V/ 2 A ultrafast recovery diode.
What is the application?
(Do you need the 'ultrafast' type?)
Package size?
Digikey lists many fast recovery 1000V/ 2A diodes.

I narrowed it down to 'Switchmode".
The second & third one are the only two available.Comment

I know this is an old post but someone might be searching like I did for the same resolution.
I find a sub for the UF2010 is the FR407G - B from Mouser. The only issue I see is the reverse recovery time is 500ns instead of 100ns. Not sure if that's a major issue for an end user.
I'm ordering the FR207G-B for the Crate SMPS for model V33H. The UF2010 seems to be unobtainable and I had the tech @ Mouser searching for an identical sub spec-wise and the closest thing he could find was the FR207G-B.
