One of the 470 1W grid resistors went south on me. I presently dont have any 1W resistors, can I replace it with a 5W. I wasnt sure if it would cause any problems due to the fact of it being a larger power resistor, I know it doesnt affect the resistance. Thanks in advance for any help Danny

No problem. However, I suspect that the tube that was installed in the same socket with that 470 Ohm resistor is what went south first. The tube shorts and that takes out the resistor.

Thanks Tom, yea I was suspecting the tube as well. Everything else looks and checks out fine. I appreciate the help. Thanks Danny
