Originally channels 1 and 2 have a normal noise level. In channels 3 and 4 however, the orange and red modes have much noise. It also happens that the transition of gain levels on those channels are very uneven and that collaborates to this perception. With a gain setting of 3 or 4 develop practically full capacity.

You can try this. Very simple. Gain levels are much better centered and the noise levels, reduced with them.
