Looking to buy anywhere from 500 to 5000, depending on the price. Everything I'm finding is smaller quantities and kinda pricey. It seems there has to be a less retail way to buy these... ANyone have a good suggestion? I'm looking for the standard size eyelets for Fender style eyelet boards. They are approx 2mm ID hole size. Thank you for reading.

What is your idea of pricey?
Digikey has a selection of sizes, 2-3mm going for 8-10 cents each.

These guys are a little cheaper but the eyelets are not plated, just naked brass.

Then there is Hoffman. The eyelets are a little short and don't make a nice roll on the backside of the board. Click Board Building Parts in the menu.

I thought I had found a good deal for 500 for $8.50 shipped, but it was my mistake and they are the wrong size, way too big. That's kinda the price range I was looking for, and would be willing to buy up to $50 worth or so to get it. If it's just not there then that's cool.. just seems like such an innocent cheap little part... shouldn't be 10 cents each IMO~Semi-No0b Hobbyist~

Have you looked at mouser? Here is a link to the eyelets I know some pickup winders use:
34 Keystone Electronics | Mouser
500 - $0.05 each = $25
5000 - $0.034 each = $170
If these aren't the right size it looks like they have several others as well.

My hardware box thanks you. That's the ticket right there. Exactly the same size I already use too.
Still seems like a part that should be a penny or less each. Oh well.. such is the way.~Semi-No0b Hobbyist~

I even looked into "brass eyelets" as used for crafts and such, but most just aren't quite right or the actual finish is questionable. Also, bare brass will oxidize with age and I'm not up for polishing individual eyelets so they can be effectively tinned.
I also have (what's left of) a 4'x4' sheet of 1/16" epoxy/phenolic board of some kind (FR4? G10?) that I got over a decade ago for $70. You can make a lot of circuit boards from a 4'x4' sheet but it's a PITA to cut each one. Still, since I do mostly custom designs it's nice to be able to choose my board shape rather than plan variables around a fixed board shape."Take two placebos, works twice as well." Enzo

I get mine from Mouser 500 or 1000 at a time because I get a lot of other components there. But consider that even if you use 100 of them in a build, which is more than usual, that's only $5 per amp so it's alright in the end.

Speaking of board shapes, here's my answer to how to convert the modern Champion 500 amp into a 5f1 tweed champ circuit. It was going to go all the way across the chassis but the new PT was too tall so I had to cut it off and fit everything on the remaining real estate.
