  • Schematic request - Marshall 2204 mk ii w/ part designators

I had a 1980s 50w jcm 800 mkii 2204 in my possession a while back that sounded amazing. So much better than any other one I had ever heard. When I opened it up I saw that it had a bunch of mods done so I wrote down what they were. I no longer have the amp and I'm thinking I'd like to recreate it. Problem is every schematic I can find for this amp has part values but no part designators (R1, C2, etc) does anyone have a schematic that also has the part designators from the pcb? Or could you point me towards one??

    Thanks!

A friend has one of those for sale, it's an amazing sounding amp when it's cranked.

He's like a new set of strings... he just needs to be stretched a bit.

I have a (US) 2204 so stock that even the tubes and fuses look original (GE 6550s, etc.). It sounds great when you crank it, but it's so loud I never get to use it, and it sits and collects dust.

When properly used, it blows the dust right off itself.
