anyone know how to make or where to get custom faceplates/nameplates for handbuilt amps?

These guys hve a nice brochure for nameplates.

They make flat or three dimensional ones. They make them from plastic or metal, formed or cast. AMong others in their samples is the familiar cast metal AMpeg "a".
