Alamo amp help

I have an Alamo amp that the tremelo will not operate at all. Can't tell which model it is but the tag inside looks like 2570, 2679...it's has mold stains and hard to tell. 4 inputs for instrument and one for the tremelo foot switch and 12" speaker. Anyway this one has a 5Y3, 2-6V6 and 2-12AX7's....The amp works and sounds great but the tremelo does nothing. This amp is replete with several .02 @600 caps and an .05@600. One of the 6V6's has a 470K on pins 4 & 6 and the other has a 1M on pins 4 & 5......any suggestions on why the tremelo does nothing?..it's not the tubes....Thanks to all that can help.....I'm stumped...thanks again..tube dude

Not sure if this schematic will help, it's a different model. But it does appear that the trem will not work without the footswitch. Are you using one, or a dummy plug?
