Hi all!
Just had a quick question. I recently rebuilt my Traynor YBA-4 amp to be closer to Marshall specs and used a 5kL pot for the presence control with 100k negative feedback resistor. I have the cap across the far left and center tabs and the ground wire on the far left tab (looking at the back of the pot). I feel like the amp is getting brighter and less negative feedback-y as I turn it down.
Wondering if anyone has experienced this or if I was sold a reverse taper pot by mistake?
The amp sounds amazing and the control works as expected...only opposite!
Thanks!
