That depends on your skill level.
The easiest thing is to check & replace the fuse.
Does anything light? i.e. the "on" lamp or the tubes?

The value is printed on the fuse itself or on the panel near where you removed it.Like 2a or 3a most likely slo-blow type.Radio Shack should have it.Replace it,if the amp works you are okay,if it blows again you will have to take the amp to someone who can figure out why it blew.Just leaving it on overnight shouldnt blow the fuse.I often leave amps powered up overnight to burn in new tubes before setting the bias.
