Fender FM212 vs. Fender Frontman212

Whats the main difference between Fender FM212R and Fender Frontman 212 amps? In my oppinion they are very similar.

They are both Fender entry level amps, and may well be the same.
Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
