    Don't worry about the readings around R64. They depend on the DSP board to draw current so the Voltages at TP7 and TP15 will be high when the DSP board is not installed. Also, reading at TP10 depend on the tube V1 so they would change if you change the tube or don't allow it to fully warm up.

    Readings at TP14 will be hard to measure because R45 is 10 MegOhms. Don't worry about that reading.

    One thing that hasn't been covered is, we don't know how the DSP will act if one of the connections to the pots is allowed to float (not being connected to anything). So try this; Set all the pots to 5, now take a 10K resistor, ground one end and touch the other end to the pins on P5 one at a time on the DSP board while the DSP is installed and power is on. Any change to the noise ?
