    Pics of eyelet fixing

    Sorry 'about the shot showing the nail-punch-splaying method (is a bit blurry but you get the idea). 3mm electrical switchboard, 4mm eyelets - holes countersunk on back of board

      Yep, I get the idea. Looks nice.

      So you use the big eyelets for the whole thing. I was thinking about doing this because I thought it would make repairs and modifications easier. Do you find the big eyelets to ever be a disadvantage in any way?

        Nope not really. You just have to be mindful of spacing
