looking for 5F11 faceplate

hi guys!
my 5f11 project needs a faceplate.
do any of you have a layout?
i tried all around the web but, one way or another, i didn't manage to find one cheap so i'll make one by myself.

another thing:
is the cable speaker a particular one or i can use a microphone/standard electrical wire and a jack?
