Poweramp project suggestsion please!

Hi guys,
I'm looking to build a tube power amp for my rack, and would love some suggestions! I would like it to be EL34 (50 watts), and preferrably have both a resonance and presence control. Are there any tried and true designs that you would suggest? Any input is appreciated!

Power amps are pretty straightforward. A dedicated rack power amp is usually a power supply, a clean gain stage, a long tailed pair phase inverter, and a pair of power tubes. If you take the Peavey JSX power amp and stick a clean gain stage in front of it, you're pretty much there. Just tweak to taste as needed. Schematics are out there; I think Schematic Heaven has it. If not, the 5150 is close enough, just change the screen resistors to 1.5k and tweak to taste.
