  • Eyelet Board

I can't seem to find any. I think I remember seeing it a couple of years ago, maybe at Antique Electronic Supply. Something like 60mm wide, with eyelets about 3/8" or 10mm spacing. It was G10 epoxy/glass if I recall, in various colours and lengths and quite reasonable. Nobody seems to be selling it. I see lots of Fender boards, turret boards, tag boards etc., but not generic eyelet board. Watts have an Ampeg replica board that is similar, but it seems pricey. I could make my own of course but there are other things I'd rather do. I have an old stripped-out Traynor Mark III that I use for experimenting, and I love how flexible that type of board is. Of course the old fibreboard is flexible in other ways too that the epoxy would an improvement on.

Does anyone know where to find this sort of board? I'd like to avoid drilling all that glass fibre if I can help it.

    Thanks,

    Andy

Thanks, I looked through all of that earlier, and none of it is what I had in mind. I really just want the two rows of eyelets. I'm sure I saw it a couple of years back.

Thanks Enzo, that would work fine but I just don't like the look of the extra holes. I guess I might just have to make it. I'm pretty sure AES had what I want a couple years back but maybe I'm just imagining things.

SO pick up the phone, call them, and ask if they have or would make one up with the center row omitted. Worst case is they say, "no".
