Tube headphone amp?

Hey Folks,
Im relatively new to amp building, and was wondering if anyone had a real simple and small (physical size) tube headphone amp design, or knows where to find a schematic/layout for one. Thanks.

p.s.- can a headphone out be added to a (5f1)champ circuit?
