Which power tubes to use?

I'm rebuilding a mid 70's Bassman from the ground up. The tubes all worked when I shut her down last month but I've completely changed the bias section to real bias instead of the Fender "balance" thing. Anyway I was thinking I should get a matched set of tubes. Any suggestions as to manufacturer and/or supplier?

How about EL34's? I changed the bias section so I can use either type of tube. I've heard EL34's break up a little sooner and perhaps smoother. Any suggestions?

which Tubes

I had John McItyer do a 65 Bassman for me and he put EL-34 in it.he also put both channels togather to cascade gain, only one input.You will go through tubes a little faster,and grid (R) will blow.but they sound great!!!
