5F1 Questions

Looking at a 5F1 layout, where are the following located:
Cathode circuit of the output tubes?

Main filter cap ground?

The screen supply filter cap ground?

Preamp cathode circuit grounds?

Preamp grid return circuit grounds?

Preamp filter caps?

I am just starting a build and need confirmation. I trying to determine my ground scheme. I think I will run my preamp grounds to the brass grounding plate and my power section grounds to a star ground at a PT bolt. Doing it this way what would be the best way to ground both the input and speaker jacks?

Does anyone have experiance using a ground bus on a 5F1? Run through the input grounds, soldered to the bake of the volume pot and then to a PT bolt?
