man, I remember when these sold for $21.00 each. Yikes... They got expensive.

I wonder if these newer ones are as good as the original ones?

The $21 price was an introductory price to get people to try them out. It was never intended to be the permanant price. I have some of the Veteran 30's and they sound great.

Yeah, I like them too. I wish I had bought at least one more when they were $21.

How about the new Alnico 12" speaker?
I was asked to do some beta testing on them but got so busy with a bunch of other things and my surgery plus this absurdly long recovery... that I had to pass.

I haven't tried that one. I have the british lead, V30, green beret and reaper.
