I'm considering building a 5F4 style cabinet and need to find a layout for the speakers on the baffle. Does anyone have those measurements? Thanks in advance for any help.

I own a 5F4 clone and just took some measurements but please don't tie me down to the last 10th of an inch.
I assume that you know that there are two 10" speakers mounted.
The baffle dimension is 51,5 cm x 42 cm (20,27 inch x 16,5 inch).
If you look at the backside of the amp the lower speaker has its center 14 cm (5,5 inch) from the left and 13,5 cm (5,3 inch) from the lower edge whereas the upper speaker has its center 14 cm (5,5 inch) from the right and 16 cm (6,3 inch) from the upper edge of the baffle. So they are mouted some kind of diagonally.

I'm glad I could help you.
It just came to mind - I don't know if you are aware of it but if you plan to "reissue" a 5F4-style cab keep in mind that the front is sloped by an angle of 3,5°.
