Hi There. Just on with my first cab. Pleased so far thanks to reading posts on here and some good advice. Could anyone please explain what to attach grill cloth to. Do I make a separate frame (like a picture frame) and attach to that before fixing it to the front of the cab or the speaker baffle, or are there other ways of doing it. Many Thanks.

I usually attach (glue) the baffle board to the cabinet (around 2/3 inch thick multi plywood fitted with wooden dowels on the edges).
Then I staple the grille cloth to a second frame (around 1 inch wide) and mount the frame to the baffle board (by driving screws from the inside of the cabinet through the baffle board into the frame (to make it easier you should drill matching holes through the baffle board) -
