    Lynn's Jig for finger joints.
Amazing!! Who would ever have guessed that someone who villified the evil rich people would begin happily accepting their millions in speaking fees!

Oh, wait! That sounds familiar, somehow.

Went with a screw pocket construction in the end after reading horror stories about ply laminates flying apart when trying route finger joints. Its really sturdy anyway and I like the look.

      Piccies:

      Speakers are hot-100s.

          AFAIK Hot100 are 12".
Of course, they *might* have issued a 10" version.

I have build a few with finger joints. Below is a link to some photos from my latest build, which worked out the best. We bought a dado this time and spend a few hours perfecting a very simple jig.

Hot-100s are about £40 a piece and a sheet of 8x4 ply is £40-50. Cloth wasn't much, same for the front frame.
The real expense is the tools and space to build the damn thing!

12" speakers. Its a pretty big cab!

We've since built a stack and we're going to get cracking on a 612 for a friend soon. I totally forgot I posted this thread so my apologies for the late reply!
