A while back I posted on a VJ that friend sent me with a Mercury Magnetics upgrade kit to install. It came out fine, but I needed to make a speaker cabinet for it. and I finally got it done. It took a couple of tries to get what I thought was acceptable purple, (burgandy), grill cloth, but I think it is close. I tried an organ pull speaker in it, but I think I'll put an Eminence EV copy for now.
My first try at piping, I now know to give it more setback! I worried over the splice, but I found a short piece of spring wire just fits the hole.
