Mike Holland reverb Schematic

I purchased a Holland Bassman with a tube reverb that was damaged by Katrina. I have teh amp up and running but I'm having trouble with the reverb unit. Does anyone have a schematic?

Or does anyone have Mike Holland's contact information. He is no longer reachable on the web to my knowledge.
