Bogen CHB 100 Conversion Ideas

I just got a Bogen CHB 100 amp and am looking for ideas and help on how to get this amp built for guitar and sounding sweet and rocking. This is my first time converting an amp so any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I converted a chb 100 to a plexi type pre amp,cathode bias,kept the 7868's.It rocks.I had to use larger coupling caps to tone down the high end.I usually only use two power tubes(1/2 the speaker load)because the thing is pretty loud.I also had to put a master volume in.There are some schem's over at the hoffman forum.
