It sounds absolutely fantasic
Slooowly working on the power amp. My current set up is using the GT Dual 75 using KT88 for the Power.
I don't have clips but,
The clean channel is suppose to mimic the Fender clean tone which it does perfectly. Can't say much about the Z-Pre or the Marshall tone. I never owned either to compare it to. My guess it matches the tone. I would expect different tone attributes once the Power Amp is working through EL-84s.

Update.
Here is a pic of the front of the 3 channel pre-amp.
I ran into the issue of adding another fuse on the secondary. Ended up putting the transformer below in a doggy bowl.
Big red circle around the added fuses.
The grounding scheme is from Valve Wizard. The bridge rectifier is 35A. (really big)
From Kevin O'COnnor book about Speaker builds, I build the speaker cabinet.
Another Build from Kevin's Kit is the EL84 Power Amp
New Build I am working on is the Bass Am using 50W of power.
Here, I have the S-PRE up and running.
