ceriatone kit's?

looking to build a first kit and was wondering opinion's on this companies kits. SaNdMaN

I've had only one experience with Ceriatone. A Plexi 50 that a customer brought in. It was built by Ceratone so my comments cover only the parts quality they use and the customer service.
Small parts were good. Better than you will normally find on production amps.
PT was shorted out after a few hours of playing.
Lots of paraffinhad melted out of the OT and dripped down into the chassis.
Factory had installed a maims select switch in the output impedance switch position.
The Ceratone guy responded to emails and said:
He used the mains switch because it was cheaper. Said it should have had a stick on lable. That was missing when I first saw the amp or was never there.
He said he had improved his transformers and offered to supply a new set at a discount. Considering the overall cost with the shipping cost from Asia we decided to install Heyboer transformers. The amp worked fine after that.
This all happened 1 year ago.
