A lot of noise from my first 5e3 build

Hallo, after a massive filament rewiring, i'm back and my deluxe still has problems.
First of all, it's a triode kit that i realized in head version.
I'm in Sardinia, so my wall is 226-229 VAC
I've used MM FTDP240M and MM FTDO tone Clone.
also use a pair of 6p6C power tubes.
I've a lot of noise sounds like ssstt that increase a lot when turn vol and tone pot, also the sound is confused when i raise my guitar vol., non dinamics, no cleans, tremendous bass.
this are my readings, with all tubes installed:

Perhaps yo could post some pictures of the wiring job you did from different angles inside the chassis so we can have a look and see if anything jumps out as incorrect. Pictures help a lot when debugging a new build that isn't functioning properly

The 6P6C looks very close to a 6V6.

What is the voltage on pin 8 of the 6P6C's ?

Pin 2 of the 12AY7 and pin 7 should measure very close to zero volts. This is normal.

As 'loudthud' asks, what is the pin 8 voltage of the output tubes?
It is normal to get a pop (or even a loudthud!) from the speaker when testing voltages.
I'm wondering if your amp is ok, and you aren't used to the way the volume controls work with a 5E3 (they are very sensitive)?
What if the volumes are turned down - any noise?
Then plug guitar into bright channel, turn the tone up high, and turn the volume up a tiny amount from minimum - how does that sound?

Sorry, i forget to tell my readings:

So, the amp with pot all way down is quiet, but just turning on one pot (no guitar plugged) the noise increases a lot.
If i plug guitar, open up tone pot and a little (under 1) pot vol, i get a decent clean sound, but anything else: increasing volume (and downing tone pot) makes no difference at all.

Piergiuseppe,
The others are addressing your primary question but I have a tip that will help the life of your build.
Move the power tube cathodes bypass cap away from the cathode resistor. The photos show that they are touching. In that position the heat from the resistor will shorten the life of the capacitor. If you just pull the cap out to reposition the leads it will help a lot.

Ok, some news....
1° i've used a shielded wire to connect 12ax7 pin 2 with vol. pot, and this helped;
2° i've realized that grounding my speaker jacks was not necessary due to my MM OT, grounded on tank, and this helped.
now, there is the situation:
i can get only very good cleans form amp, no overdrive, and when i increase volume no overdrive, and strong noise over 6 vol. pot.
Any ideas?

The input jacks have contacts that ground the input wires when nothing is plugged in. Sometimes the jack is defective or it is wired wrong. In post #14 of the following thread it tells you how to check the jacks for correct wiring.
