5E3 100 ohm Resistors on 6v6 socket

Does anyone have a clearer picture of how to wire these things? The one on Bruces website is very blurry.

Are these 100ohms to elevate the heaters to cathode potential and create an aartificial center tap for the heaters?

If that is the case, you just gonna put them from the heaterpins to the cathode.
