Especially with modern made tubes that use thinner stiffeners and or cheaper and thinner mica formers... when those tubes vibrate from sound pressure they seem to loose contact with the inside of the glass envelope and buzz quite a bit.
So I think it might also be possible to create a scenario where they get microphonic too.
